What's your turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on the sign type, material, file readiness, quantity, and whether installation is involved. Simple banners, decals, and rigid panels can usually move faster than fabricated signs or projects that need a site survey.
Do you offer installation?
Yes. We install storefront signs, window graphics, wall graphics, dimensional lettering, panels, banners, and related commercial signage in San Jose and the listed Silicon Valley service areas. Visit our Installation page for details.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, and PSD files. Vector files are best for logos, cut vinyl, dimensional lettering, and sharp large-format output. For best results, see our Artwork Setup Guide.
Can I see samples before ordering?
For many projects, yes. We can discuss material samples, color direction, and proofing before production so the sign is planned around the real storefront, office, vehicle, or install surface.
