Name the message, final size, quantity, colors, opacity, reading direction, viewing conditions, and whether the background surface should remain visible.
Send wide and close photographs with the surface material, coating, age, texture, curvature, cleaning history, exposure, and any owner restrictions.
Prepare the approved art at output scale, distinguish print from cut shapes, and check type, resolution, bleed, fine details, and contour geometry.
The quote should identify the proposed format, finish, surface assumptions, tests, preparation, application party, schedule, acceptance proof, and change or removal expectations.
Identify the destination surface and the visual result. A photo, measurements, artwork, application side, reading side, desired background visibility, and change plan provide a better route than selecting a film name first.
It may fit when the design consists of separate solid-color letters or simple shapes and the existing surface should show between them. The artwork, minimum details, color availability, surface, and installation still require review.
Do not assume so. Ink, white layers, transparency, lighting, glass tint, application side, and backing conditions can change the view. Define the priority viewing direction and approve a relevant sample or proof when appearance is critical.
Provide or approve a vector cut contour at final size. Include the desired border and keep separate internal openings explicit. Production feasibility for tiny gaps, sharp turns, and delicate projections remains quote-confirmed.
No universal claim is appropriate. Paint system, cure, texture, contamination, repairs, moisture, cleaning, and removal expectations matter. Surface information, manufacturer guidance, and any proposed test should inform the decision.
The vehicle owner and an appropriate qualified reviewer must confirm applicable visibility, placement, and legal requirements. Product selection or installation does not replace that review, and availability remains tied to the approved scope.
